We recognise that you may have more than one system that manages information related to contacts, or “Stakeholders”. These systems may be in the cloud or on your LAN. Because alms.NET understands the processes common to Involvements it also understands that it needs to integrate with these systems as part of a process. Therefore alms.NET has the capability of linking systems as part of a process.
For example, quite often merchandising orders and donations can be part of a single transaction. alms.NET allows entry of an order and the donation capture as part of a batch of transactions even though the order can automatically be passed to another system for subsequent processing.
Web based self-service functions (address changes, enquiries etc) can be directly routed to alms.NET though the many process orientated web-services alms.NET has.
